Peruvian customer have long been facing seasonal water shortages in their localities, and traditional manual digging of water wells takes 2-3 months and is difficult to break through the rock structure at a deeper depth. The customer purchased a wheeled water well drilling rig from us to solve the problem of drilling wells and using water.
Based on the site geological report provided by the customer, we customised the UYT400 wheeled water well drilling rig with the following configuration: diesel engine, drilling depth of about 400m, drilling diameter of 100-305mm, and equipped with a mud pump.
The advantageous highlights of this water well drilling rig are:
1.Mobility upgraded, with a tyre chassis to go by itself, the turning radius is shortened to 5.2m, suitable for narrow roads in mountainous areas. Equipped with hydraulic outrigger stabilisation system to ensure safe operation on 15° slopes.
2.Power system optimisation
It is equipped with a turbocharged diesel engine, which is able to maintain 95% of the rated power output even at high altitude. Modular power pack design reduces maintenance time by 40%.
3.Intelligent drilling control,
integrated control panel, easy to operate, equipped with automatic deviation correction function to ensure vertical accuracy ≤1.5°/30m.
4.Multi-functional drilling tools combination: standard equipped with triple-tooth wheel bit + double-wall drilling rods system, equipped with mud pump circulation system.

Through in-depth demand analysis, we have customised a reasonable drilling rig solution that meets the requirements of severe operating conditions and ensures the economy of commercial operation. We will continue to track the equipment operation data and optimise the intelligent control module of the new generation products.
