ZGYX-412 Separated DTH Drilling Rig Will ship to Mexico

In April 2025, a Mexican customer purchased a separated DTH drilling rig from us and wanted to use it for a mining project.

The customer is located in an area where the rock structure is dominated by basalt interbedded with granite, with an average hardness coefficient of 12-14 on the Pratt & Whitney scale. The customer’s technical team put forward strict technical specifications: the drilling rig needs to complete vertical drilling of 90-115mm holes in a narrow platform, the depth of a single hole is required to reach 15 metres, and the equipment must meet the modular disassembly and transportation requirements.

Advantages of the ZGYX-412 Split Drilling Rig:

First of all, it is reflected in its innovative modular design. The whole machine can be broken down into three modules: power unit, drilling system and operation platform, which is perfectly suited to the narrow mountain road transport in the mining area.

In terms of technical parameters, the machine is equipped with a 3.5-inch high-frequency impactor that achieves a high impact frequency, which, together with the reinforced drill pipe with a diameter of 60mm and a length of 2000mm, creates a higher-than-expected drilling speed in the basalt layer. The specially designed hydraulic compensation system automatically adjusts the propulsion force to ensure that the vertical drilling accuracy is maintained in the inclined working surface, and the measured offset is controlled within 0.8°.

Terrain adaptability: The compact chassis design can flexibly steer in the narrow platform of 80m2, perfectly adapting to the complex terrain of the mining area.

Convenient maintenance: the key components adopt quick-disassembly design, and the hydraulic system is equipped with self-diagnosis module, which improves the efficiency of troubleshooting by 60%.
