Inspection of DTH Drill Rigs before operation

1. When starting work, carefully check whether the gas and water pipelines are firmly connected and whether there is air leakage.

2. Check whether the oil injector has been filled with oil.

3. Check whether the screws, nuts, joints, etc. of each part have been tightened, and whether the column is indeed firmly topped.

Drill Rigs parts replacement

Replace the valve plate and valve seat

Remove the pressure of the valve cavity, remove the valve cover bolt, and take out the valve plate and the upper part of the valve cover. Remove the slotted round nut, switch pin, hex screw, front and rear stop caps, then the cartridge valve plate can be replaced and the valve seat can be replaced at the same time. When cleaning the valve cavity, special care should be taken at the sealing surface. Replace the new valve plate and valve seat, which should be filled with sealing grease in the gap before the valve plate and the bonnet boss part, and fill the inside of the upper cover with calcium-based lubricating oil to lubricate the bearing.

Replace the lip seal packing

First remove the pressure of the valve cavity, and then disassemble the shroud, round nut, handwheel, bearing gland, bearing, packing gland, and then replace the lip seal packing.

Replace the bearing

Disassemble the shield, round nut, handwheel, bearing gland, at this time the bearing can be replaced. To replace the lower bearing, the stem nut needs to be removed, the bearing clearance has bearing cover adjustment, after the adjustment, the turning handwheel should move flexibly without jamming.
