This drilling rig is driven by diesel engine and hydraulic system jointly, equipped with high efficient air compressor, which is suitable for water well drilling under various geological conditions. In order to help you operate the equipment safely and efficiently, the operation procedure and precautions are explained as follows:
1.Brief description of equipment composition
This drilling rig is mainly composed of the following parts:
Diesel power system: providing the main power source for the whole rig;
Hydraulic transmission system: driving the key mechanism of the rig such as propulsion, landing, clamping, and speed change;
Tower and travelling chassis: to ensure the structural support and mobile function of the equipment;
Air compressor system: used for drilling in conjunction with the pneumatic submerged hammer;
Control console: centralized control of all kinds of operating actions, which is convenient for the operator to control the whole situation;
Auxiliary devices: clamping device, lifting device, mud pump, etc. Auxiliary devices: grippers, lifting devices, mud pumps,etc.
2.The operation before the preparation
Check diesel fuel, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil is sufficient, the air compressor lubrication system is normal;
Check the connection: to ensure that the connecting parts are firm, hydraulic pipeline without leakage;
Air compressor check: to confirm that the air compressor pressure gauge, oil level, the belt and other operating conditions are normal;
Environment check: clean up the work site clutter, to ensure that the operation of the area is safe;
Start to prepare: to ensure that the clutch is in the disengagement state Start-up preparation: make sure the clutch is in the disengaged state and the operating lever is in the neutral gear.
3.Starting and operation process
a) Start the diesel engine
Turn on the power switch, warm up the starting system;
Start the diesel engine, wait for it to run stably, observe whether the instrument is normal;
Start the hydraulic system, make it enter into the working state.
b) Start the air compressor
Start the air compressor and adjust the pressure to the proper working value (generally between 1.0 and 2.0 MPa, depending on the working conditions);
Check whether the air lines are smooth and whether there is any air leakage.
c) Preparing for drilling
Stand up the drilling tower and lock it tightly;
Install the drill pipe and drill bit, make sure they are connected securely;
Open the gripper and lower the drill pipe to the hole position;
Choose the appropriate propelling speed and rotating speed according to the ground conditions.
d) Normal drilling
Start the rotary device and propulsion mechanism;
Switch on the air compressor synchronously to carry out pneumatic drilling;
Operators should observe the pressure gauge, tachometer and drilling speed at all times, and adjust the parameters appropriately;
Add the drill pipe, and pay attention to the safety of the clamping and lifting operations using the gripper.
4.End of operation and shutdown
After drilling to the designed depth, stop pushing and rotating;
Lift up the drill pipe and dismantle it in turn;
Retract the drilling tower to the transport position;
Shut down the air compressor and hydraulic system;
Switch off the diesel engine and cut off the power supply;
Clean up and maintain the equipment and record the operation.
5. Safety Precautions
Operators must be trained and familiar with the functions and operating procedures of each system;
It is prohibited to carry out maintenance or contact the rotating parts during rotation or propulsion;
Hydraulic oil temperature is too high or the pressure is abnormal should be shut down immediately for inspection;
Standing near the exhaust port of the compressor is strictly prohibited to avoid injuries caused by high-pressure gases;
Warning signs must be set up on the operation site to avoid the approach of unrelated personnel.
