On August 25, 2025, our team shipped 3 custom-built 95SCY-10 diesel-powered mobile air compressors – and they’ve now safely arrived at our customer’s site in Mexico. Designed specifically to meet local manufacturing and construction needs for high-reliability compressed air, this equipment marks yet another success story for Chinese equipment exports, amid Latin America’s 7.4% annual market growth in this sector.
Our Mexican client is a key player in the infrastructure construction space – and before partnering with us, they struggled with traditional air compressors: limited mobility and inconsistent pressure held back their projects. Their top priorities were clear:
High mobility to switch between multiple outdoor work zones seamlessly;
Stable 10bar pressure to power down-the-hole drilling and equipment bracing;
Durability to withstand Mexico’s tough conditions – think high temperatures and heavy dust.
To address cross-border power compatibility, we added a custom 380V transformer – solving a common pain point for international equipment deployments.
The 95SCY-10 air compressor stood out as the perfect fit, thanks to three game-changing features:
Intelligent dual-pressure switching: Low-pressure mode boosts air displacement by 15-20% (ideal for engineering support), while 10bar high-pressure mode handles deep-hole tasks – replacing the need for multiple traditional units;
Built for mobility: its compact design fits easily on transport vehicles. The integrated chassis cuts out permanent installation, letting crews reposition it quickly across job sites;
Tough enough for harsh conditions: An IP65-rated controller and clutch fan keep it running smoothly even at 45°C, while a dust-sealed motor shields it from mine and construction site debris.
Its proprietary screw airend also reduces noise by 12% compared to older models – fully complying with Mexico’s strict environmental standards.
To get the air compressors to our client on time and ready to use, we rolled out an end-to-end customized workflow:
Pre-shipment testing: We ran a 72-hour continuous operation test to verify pressure consistency and fuel efficiency – no surprises on delivery;
Fast-track customs clearance: We optimized paperwork for Mexican custom.
On-demand support: We set up a dedicated after-sales file, pledged remote troubleshooting within 48 hours, and stocked key spare parts in local warehouses.
After their on-site inspection, the client noted: “The layout is compact, and the smart controller is so easy to use – it’s exactly what we needed for our projects.”
This delivery proves our approach to global expansion works: every step – from voltage customization to condition-specific tweaks, from design to delivery – is rooted in the customer’s real-world needs. Right now, the 3 units are in commissioning and will soon be hard at work on a major highway expansion project in Mexico.
